It appeared to be easy and reliable to send parcels to Volsk and other orphanages by surface mail. It was successfully done from within Russia, from Euope and North Ameica (by sea). For instance, from Canada it takes parcels 2 months to arrive. 

   Parcels should be mailed to the address ot the orphanage, c/o the principal. State the address and receiver name in English and in Russian, as follows:.
